About Holdline

Holdline was built by Craig Lindley, a fire door and passive fire protection contractor based in Hull and BM TRADA Q-Mark approved.

Running remedial programmes for housing providers, the same problems came up on every job: photos on one phone, measurements on paper, signatures on a form in the van, and a week spent building the handover pack at the end. When a client asked what happened to one door two years ago, the answer took a day to find.

Holdline keeps the whole life of each door or fire-stopping item on one pin on the plan: the survey, the installation, every inspection and every repair, with photos and signatures, in date order. Installers get a simple view that works with no signal. The office gets reports, registers, certificates and handover packs in a few taps. Clients get a link to see progress for themselves.
